Freelance Mantis BT Developers?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this (I hope it doesn't run afoul of any Mantis BT forum rules) but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a freelance PHP developer who could do some work in Mantis?

we use Mantis extensively, but we're not PHP developers and I'd rather find someone who's worked with the plugin API or has experience upgrading existing customized Mantis BT projects (in case we fork the code - I don't want to be trapped in a nightmare upgrade scenario in the future).

We are also interested in a freelance Mantis PHP developer. We have customised Mantis into a Project Management application and are looking for potential improvements to the system through plugin or config development. Any guidance for potential leads would be appreciated.

Hi Michael,
i send you my proposal on November 9th to the second email address (michaeldanwow) . I got no error messages so assumed it was delivered. On that message I also got no reply.
If not, all i can think of is to setup a Team's session to discuss the steps forward. In case you have a better idea, just let me know
