Is there a workaround for assigning and issue to more than one developer at the same time? Have other people dealt with this issue. Right now we can assign to them sequentially, but that takes too much time.

What exactly is a sub-project? How does it work?

Does is just affect how the projects are displayed? Are all sub-project bugs included when viewing project bugs? Do permissions cascade?

I have a mantis instance with three projects (rc2). Each project has its upload directory set to the same thing. I can upload a file document to an individual project, but if I select 'All Projects' from the project dropdown and try to upload a document, I get 'APPLICATION ERROR #503: Invalid upload...

Do you store the files on disk or in the database? ($g_file_upload_method in the config.) If they're stored on disk, you'd need to copy those over, too.

I'd also like to help testing and porting the db backend. I'm mainly interested in doing it for Oracle. Have any updates on your progress with this issue?
