I could be wrong, but it looks kind of like the second one is missing the styles. Can you see, at all, through the HTML source what CSS file it is telling the browser to load and see if that file actually exists on the server?

I'm having a guess here, but I wonder if it's related to cookies (either the browser rejecting them or the Mantis installation not sending them correctly). Have you changed permission levels at all overall or for the project? What are the access levels granted to the users for the project?

Is it possible that you're filtering on 'All Projects' as opposed to a particular project?

Well, it would be up to the individual project to determine that. As far as I know, there's no 'automated' payment processing or anything: that is all managed after the fact.

Are you talking about the Mantis project in particular, or any random project that uses Mantis?

Just out of curiosity: have you ensured that JPGraph itself is working properly? There's a subdirectory somewhere in the JPGraph directory called something like 'examples'. Go in there and try a couple of the files, just to make sure that JPGraph itself is not the problem, first.

Basically, it's used by projects (such as Mantis) where a reported issue can be sponsored by one or more users. Have you tried using forward slashes instead of backslashes? PHP can use either form... it doesn't matter about the OS.

That way, you don't have to worry about escaping the backslash, and you should be able to add the final forward slash without error, too...

There's no way that I know of that let's you create 'global categories'. In reality, categories are generally fairly unique to each project (or so I thought!).
