error loading stylesheet

I'm getting the error:

Code: Select all

Error: The stylesheet http://domain/css/default.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/plain", is not "text/css".

when I load a 0.18.3 version of mantis in Firefox (IE doesn't care about mime types and loads it correctly.)

The weird thing is that It just sudddenly did this. Also, I have more than four instances of mantis on this box, at least one other the same version, and only one version is doing this.

I've tried restarting the server, but have no idea why one verson would randomly break like this. Any ideas?
