Unable to start httpd

Dear Team,
We are using mnatis with httpd and below are the configurations.
We tried to Load Module PHP7, but its unable to load
httpd.conf
LoadModule php7_module modules/libphp7.so
/var/log/messages
[Tue Oct 24 15:13:34.112210 2023] [php7:crit] [pid 187232:tid 140571497584960] Apache is running a threaded MPM, but your PHP Module is not compiled to be threadsafe. You need to recompile PHP.
Oct 24 15:13:34 finofmantis httpd[187232]: AH00013: Pre-configuration failed
Tried reinstalling (yum remove mod_php / yum install mod_php / yum remove php / yum install php)
OS :Oracle Linux 8
Server version: Apache/2.4.37 (Oracle Linux)
