Plugin updates for version 2.26

Within Mantis 2.26, a function (print_succesful_redirect) has been deprecated, to be used is function print_header_redirect. Many plugins used this function which may generate a warning (depends on your error-level set).
Many plugins already have been updated and are available on Github
Updates can also be used also in older 2.x versions so advice is to update them.
