Hi there,
I defined a workflow that the reporter, who opened the bug should close it.

At the manage_config_workflow_page can I define the minimum access-level for the "close" status to the reporter. Unfortunately the access-level for the developer is above of the reporter. When I allow the reporter to close the bug then I also allow the developer to do that. And this is my problem:

Can I define the workflow that the reporter can close a bug but NOT the developer?

There is the capability to allow the reporter to close their own issues.
