Import and exporting of a mantis instance
I would like to move two instances of mantis into one instance; I don't suppose anything has happened in the last year that would make this feasable: http://forums.mantisbt.org/viewtopic.php?t=117&highlight=export A manager is asking me how much time this would take. I imagine first I'd have to ...

assigning to more than one developer
Is there a workaround for assigning and issue to more than one developer at the same time? Have other people dealt with this issue. Right now we can assign to them sequentially, but that takes too much time.

What is a sub-project?
What exactly is a sub-project? How does it work?
Does is just affect how the projects are displayed? Are all sub-project bugs included when viewing project bugs? Do permissions cascade?

Adding documents at the global level
I have a mantis instance with three projects (rc2). Each project has its upload directory set to the same thing. I can upload a file document to an individual project, but if I select 'All Projects' from the project dropdown and try to upload a document, I get 'APPLICATION ERROR #503: Invalid upload...

corresponding values in custom fields
Is it possible for Mantis to detect and reject custom field choices? For example, if you had state and region custom fields, could you somehow assure that the user could only supply a state that was in the corresponding region? I don't suppose this is currently doable, but would such functionality b...

custom fields blanked on update
(1.0.0-rc1) When a user updates a bug, it appears that enumerated custom fields are blanked. What's even more confusing is that it appears that this only happens some of the time. For example, if a bug is entered with the enumerated custom field A set to B, when another user views that bug and then ...

I was getting some really weird results... apparently there are things that I could do to get search to work properly from that point on, such as clicking on the '+' next to the search field and submitting using the shortened version. I still have no idea what went wrong, but I downgraded from 1.0.0...

search function doesn't work after upgrade to 1.0.0rc2
I recently upgraded from Mantis 0.19.3 to 1.0.0-rc2 and the search function on the 'View Issues' pages no longer appears to work. Whenever I search for anything, I get an empty result set. If I hit the 'User Filter' button with '[Reset Filter]' chosen in the dropdown, all of the recent bugs are show...

error loading stylesheet
I'm getting the error: Error: The stylesheet http://domain/css/default.css was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/plain", is not "text/css". when I load a 0.18.3 version of mantis in Firefox (IE doesn't care about mime types and loads it correctly.) The weird thing is that I...
